On December 4, 2025, Artstübli Kunst & Kultur welcomed Hiba Riani, a student from the University of Strasbourg, for a study visit as part of her course “Methodology of Interculturality.” The visit focused on discussions about urban art, the variety of formats and programs at Artstübli as a cultural space, and the dynamics of the local art scene in Basel. Hiba engaged in conversation with Director Philipp Brogli and Curator and Arts Manager Wiktoria Tundys about the role of street art in urban identity, the different formats offered at Artstübli, intercultural and intergenerational dialogue, as well as the particularities of exhibiting urban art in institutional contexts. The exchange provided valuable insights into curatorial strategies, the structure of a vibrant cultural space, and the reception of urban art.
