Pascal Kehl | Michèle Janata | Stefan Winterle
Opening hours:
Thursday/Friday: 11 am – 6 pm
Saturday: 2 pm – 6 pm
This temporary exhibition presents a selection from the Artstübli Kunst & Kultur collection. Pascal Kehl’s cyanotypes on handmade Kozo, hemp, and cotton paper merge tactile textures with poetic visual language. Michèle Janata’s mouth-blown glass sculptures and Stefan Winterle’s photorealistic stencil paintings on concrete elements reflect urban life, and everyday encounters.
Pascal Kehl (CH), trained as a graphic designer and photographer, lives and works in Glattbrugg/Zurich. For over 15 years, he has increasingly focused on his artistic practice, combining experimental photography, historical photographic techniques, and handmade paper. His works merge tactile materiality with contemporary visual language and have been shown in solo and group exhibitions in Switzerland and France.
Michèle Janata (DE) works with glass, light, and ephemeral processes. She studied Sculpture at the State Academy of Fine Arts Karlsruhe (2023) and Artistic Ceramics and Glass in Höhr-Grenzhausen (2016). Her sculptures and installations explore the relationship between body, breath, and space. Her works are part of international collections and were recently exhibited at L’échappée Belle – Regionale 25 at HEK Basel (2025).
Stefan Winterle (DE), born in 1976 in Lörrach, began his artistic career in the cross-border graffiti scene of the 1990s. Since 2002, he has been working with stencil and painting techniques to create photorealistic motifs inspired by political events, daily life, and urban observations. His works have been exhibited internationally (Europe, USA, Australia, Asia, Middle East). In 2011, he received the Markgräfler Art Prize and became the artistic director of Colab Gallery.
